The All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association (AIPMA) has opened a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting leading service providers to participate in the delivery of exhibition services for PLASTIVISION INDIA 2027, scheduled to be held from 21–25 January 2027 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.
The RFP marks an important phase in preparations for the upcoming edition of the major plastics industry exhibition, which is expected to bring together manufacturers, technology providers, suppliers, buyers and other stakeholders from across the plastics and allied sectors.
According to the tender announcement, the proposal process covers various exhibition-related services required for the successful execution of the event. Service providers with relevant capabilities and experience have been invited to submit their proposals along with the necessary supporting documents.
The deadline for submission has been fixed for 6:00 PM on 21 September 2026. Proposals and associated documentation are to be submitted to Mr. Sumit Pal, General Manager, PLASTIVISION INDIA 2027, as specified in the tender requirements.
The opening of the RFP comes several months ahead of the exhibition, highlighting the scale of operational planning required for a large international trade show. Exhibition infrastructure, technical services, visitor facilities and on-ground execution are critical components in delivering a seamless experience for exhibitors and visitors.
