The 14th edition of the Indian Ice Cream Congress & Expo (IICE) 2026, positioned as South Asia’s only ice cream expo, is set to take place from 10–12 September 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, across Halls 1, 2 and 3.
Organised by the Indian Ice Cream Manufacturers’ Association (IICMA) and managed by AIM Events, the three-day exhibition is expected to bring together 300+ exhibitors and 30,000+ visitors from 21 countries, creating a dedicated business platform for the ice cream and frozen dessert industry.
IICE 2026 will cover 12 sectors across the industry value chain, including ice cream and frozen desserts, processing machinery, packaging, cold chain and logistics, ingredients, flavours, refrigeration, cones and sticks, dairy processing, and quality and safety.
The exhibition will showcase solutions spanning the journey from mix to scoop, covering ingredients, processing, flavour development, filling and packaging, refrigeration and cold-chain distribution. The wide sector representation is expected to provide buyers and industry professionals with access to suppliers and technologies across different stages of production and distribution.
The expo will remain open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. September 10 will feature the formal inauguration, followed by exhibition activity and product launches. September 11 will focus on trading and industry seminars covering areas such as cold chain, ingredients and automation, while September 12 will conclude with networking involving exhibitors, buyers and distributors.
Trade visitors will have free entry, with registered attendees also able to access seminar sessions. Exhibitors can choose between shell-scheme and bare-space participation, with stall build, power and logistics support available on site.
Following the 2025 edition in Delhi, IICE 2026 brings the specialised exhibition to Chennai, strengthening its role as a meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and other stakeholders across the growing ice cream and frozen dessert ecosystem.
