Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (India) to bring industry leaders together for its annual business session, awards presentation and networking dinner
Mumbai: The Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (India) – TMMA(I) will host its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Presentation of Export and R&D Awards on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the ITME Center, Dalamal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
The annual gathering is expected to bring together members of the textile machinery manufacturing community and senior industry stakeholders for an evening focused on the association’s business activities, industry achievements and networking.
The programme will commence at 6:00 PM with registration and high tea, followed by the welcome address by Prashant Mangukia, Chairman, TMMA(I). The association’s 66th Annual General Meeting – Business Session will take place from 6:40 PM to 7:00 PM, providing members an opportunity to review the association’s activities and business matters.
A key segment of the evening will be the presentation of TMMA(I)’s Export and R&D Awards, scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The awards will recognise contributions and achievements in areas of exports and research and development within the textile machinery industry.
The event will also feature a keynote address by the Chief Guest, Mr. Palani Duraisamy, Executive Director at Pallava Group and Chairman at SIMA Mills, Coimbatore. His address is scheduled from 7:30 PM to 7:50 PM.
The formal programme will conclude with a vote of thanks by Chintan Thumar, 1st Vice Chairman, TMMA(I).
The evening will conclude with a cocktail and networking dinner from 8:00 PM, providing an opportunity for industry representatives and association members to connect and exchange views.
